Is it for men (or women)?

ClimaCap has a unisex design and looks great on everyone!

How do I use it?

How long will the cooling last?

ClimaCap offers instant-on cooling that will last up to 4 hours on a single charge.

Can it be washed?

To clean your ClimaCap, use a soft brush to remove any lint from the surface. If wet cleaning is needed, wipe the main body with a wet cloth.

For sanitizing, you may use disinfectant wipes, sprays, or simply dab a small amount of sanitizer onto a clean cloth and wipe the surface of the cap.

Hang to dry. We recommend not using the cap until fully dry.

Does the Cap have SPF Protection?

At this time, the Cap does not have SPF Protection, however, that is an option we are considering adding in the future. 

As a temporary alternative, there are UV protection fabric sprays you may purchase online or at specialty hardware stores.

If using a UV protection fabric spray, please ensure the cooling unit at the front, battery, and power/temperature button are not exposed to the spray.
